for inner peace

It has been 20 years since I first encountered yoga, and as a yoga teacher based in the Gold Coast. I will support students to listen to their bodies and gain a lighter mind and body.

 

Like playing an instrument, yoga teaches us to stay in the present moment. Whether you are new to yoga or not, please try the class once. ​

Fascinated by yoga, which she started when she was a foreign-affiliated cabin attendant, she deepened her practice by participating in yoga studio workshops and teacher training courses in Japan and overseas. 14 years of experience as a yoga teacher and 7 years of experience as a yoga interpreter. At the same time as working as a bilingual yoga, hatha yoga, relaxing yoga, chair yoga, maternity yoga, and postnatal yoga teacher at studios and companies, she is also in charge of prenatal yoga teacher training at Sun and Moon Yoga Studio and bilingual yoga teacher training at sakura yoga. Having experienced interpreting for excellent national and international teachers, I strive to provide a holistic approach to each student. I have been and will continue to deepen my studies as a student of yoga, sprinkle the essence of yoga in my daily life, and spend every day with gratitude for the small happiness in my life.
